Personal information will not be used in any way other than for me to contact you and to send updates

Your characters are copyrighted to you. By commissioning me, you have given me the right to draw your character for you

My art is permanently copyrighted to me. if you commission me, you are allowed to re-upload the artwork to your socials, with proper credit. You are only allowed to re-upload the watermark version of the commission.

Using my illustration as an NFT or AI is strictly prohibited

Do not use my illustrations for monetary/reselling purposes.

Major changes/revisions can be discussed through the sketch phase, however revisions during the lineart and coloring stage will cost extra

I will allow a full refund if the commission hasn’t been started yet. I will give a 50% refund during the sketch stage. I wont allow refunds during the lineart and coloring stage

Payment will mainly be done through paypal, A link will be sent after the commission request confirmation stage

Payment for commissions that are below 50USD will be done full upfront

Payment plans/negotiations is available for commissions that are more than 50USD

GCASH/PHP payment is only available/limited to people currently residing in the Philippines

Additional characters will be +50% of the base price

simple backgrounds (solid color, gradients, simple shapes) will have no charge while-as scenic and complex backgrounds will range around 5-10USD/200-300PHP depending on the complexity and size of the artwork

Suggestive/Pin-Up/Artistic nudity will only be available if BOTH the commissioner and the character are above 18
